Let me introduce myself. I am Danny Branham, Senior Vice President of Bank of Lexington. As a life-long Lexington resident, I am proud to call Lexington my home! I remember my first home purchase and the feeling of excitement as well as fear for what I was doing. When I went through the process of applying and closing my mortgage for the house, I felt alone and uninformed as to what was taking place. My Loan Officer did not communicate with me or attend my closing. It was just me and the closing attorney in the room. When it was all over with, I had no clue as to what had taken place.

It was from that experience that when I became a mortgage loan officer, I made a promise to myself that I would never let my clients go through the homebuying and mortgage process the way that I did.
